Get help with the app
Tell us the app and iOS/iPadOS version, what you expected and what happened. You may attach a screenshot with personal information removed, but not a full diary, sensitive attachments or identity documents. The email link opens your own mail app without sending automatically. See the privacy policy for support correspondence.
Export, delete and withdraw permission
In Settings, export CSV/JSON and choose a destination. Confirming Delete all data removes local app records, self-set quotas and limits, My foods, favourites, source snapshots and preferences. Retry if cleanup fails. Separately protect or delete copies saved, shared or backed up elsewhere; local deletion cannot remove OFF server information.
There is no account or developer cloud recovery. The developer cannot read local records or restore deleted content. You can withdraw OFF online permission in Settings to stop future queries while retaining saved records and favourites. Email access, correction or deletion requests about support correspondence to the address above. We aim to answer privacy complaints within 30 days, with applicable statutory deadlines taking priority.
Barcode lookup has no result
New queries need internet access and a matching OFF product. Missing products or values do not mean zero. Use the built-in AFCD/USDA search or enter current label values manually, checking portions and units. The app does not maintain a separate offline OFF product cache; source snapshots you save can be reused offline.
Data or translation corrections
Send the food name, source and suspected value or translation error without your private diary. Sources and licences explains free, account-free AFCD source/licence export and data limitations. Composition and portion conversions are for reference; see the food data disclaimer. Your limits are not recommended intake amounts or safety standards.
